Spire Mountain Draft Cider Apple (5% ABV)


Spire Mountain Draft Cider Apple (5% ABV)
- Light apple aromatics
- Appley, semi-sweet, clean crisp taste, not dry, but not too sweet
- Different apples from JK Scrumpy, Strongbow..I think they're Red Delicious Apples
- I like this one, not quite as much as JK's, but more than the others, 8.5/10

Pike Tandem Double Ale (7.0% ABV, IBU 25, OG 1.064)


Pike Tandem Double Ale (7.0% ABV, IBU 25, OG 1.064)
- Very light hops & malts aromatics
- Medium~Heavy bodied, creamy CO2 feel
- Mmmm .. different dark malts, slight raisin, brown sugar, dark maple or molasses or caramel
- Some bitter hops too, not a lot, some spicy flavor too
- Pretty complex beer, but very drinkable
- Would but it again, recommend it, 7.5/10

- Very light Cider/Pear aromatics
- Very light body feel, crisp, clean, pear cider taste,
- Not sweet at all, but not dry either, also pretty light CO2
- Pretty good Cider, I like the Pear taste, recommend it, would buy it again, 7/10

Samuel Adams Winter Lager
- "A Dark wheat lager brewed with winter spices"
- Not much aromatics, very light dark malt(s) smell & hints of spice(s)
- Light~medium bodied, pretty CO2 feeling, creates alot of head!
- Clean taste, but a light trail of the spice aftertaste
- I like it, would buy it agian, recommend it, 7/10

Michelob Winter's Bourbon Cask Ale (6.0% ABV)
- Aged in Bourbon Oak Casks & Vanilla Beans
- Light Vanilla Bean aromatics, and hints of malts
- Hmmm .. vanillay, dark maltyness, medium body, light creamyness
- Different, odd for me..not my thing..kinda wishing I didn't buy a 6 pack
- 4/10, I would only recommend it if you really like Vanilla, would not buy it again

Widmer Brothers - W'10 Pitch Black IPA (6.5% ABV)


Widmer - W'10 Pitch Black IPA (6.5% ABV)
- Light, fresh, flowery hops aromatics
- Whoa, clean & crisp, but abit bitter, flowery hops taste, not sweet flowery
- Not too bitter or strong, but a good balance
- Medium body, slight creamy feel
- Aftertaste is fairly clean, trails of the hops & alcohol malts
- Different from Stone IPA/Ruination, but in a good way, I like this
- If you like Stone's, and want something abit crisper, not so sweet hoppy, try this, 8.5/10

Kona - Pipeline Porter

Kona - Pipeline Porter, made with 100% Kona Coffee
- Not much aromatics, very light smoke & roasted coffee smell
- Clean, crisp, medium-heavy feel, CO2'd feel, not NO2 creamy feel (like Guinness)
- Also clean, crisp, dark malt flavor, abit of roasted coffee, not alot, but its there
- Kinda like the 'Scuttlebutt 10* Below' or 'Sheaf Stout', but lighter
- If you want to try a light-ish porter, not too thick/heavy give this a try
- I like it, not one of my top 10, but its good, 7/10

Blue Moon - Full Moon Winter Ale (5.6% ABV)


Blue Moon - Full Moon Winter Ale (5.6% ABV)
- Light Grains & Malty aromatics
- Mmm, amber/dark malty taste, not much hops or grains
- Medium body feel, clean-creamy after taste of the malts
- Not bad, it's kinda like a red-amber ale with dark-red malt taste
- I would buy it again for something different, would recommend it if you like red/amber malty types, 6.5/10

Alaskan Winter Ale (6.4% ABV)


Alaskan Winter Ale (6.4% ABV) - Brewed with Spruce Tips
- Not much aromatics at all, faint fruity/malty
- Different tasting, can't recall what Spruce trees smells like, but it tastes sweetish
- Not piney, not smokey, not any kinda firewood smell or taste...different
- Kinda like a berry/dark berry flavor
- Clean, crisp, light bodied
- Aftertaste is lil abit alcoholy/light malty with a light spruce/fruit/berry taste
- Wouldn't recommend it, unless you are wanting something different/fruity/berry
- 5/10 .. it's not horrible, just not my thing.

Strongbow Dry Cider (5% ABV)
- Light apple aromatics
- clean, crisp, semi-sweet, dryish apple cider/juice taste
- Kinda like apple juice with a bit of a dry kick
- Pretty good, different from the JK Scrumpy Hard Cider, not as sweet, but in a good way
- Propper good Dry Cider, 8/10

BridgePort Hop Harvest Ale (7% ABV)
- Very little aromatics
- Mmmmm, sweetish, spicyish, flowery hops taste, abit of amber/dark amber malt taste
- medium body feel, pretty clean aftertaste, trails of the hops but nothing bitter/harsh
- I like this one very much, its almost like a Stone IPA, but with slight different hops taste
- Highly recommend it for one who likes Stone IPA/Ruination, 9/10

St Feuillien Cuvee de Noel
- Dark malt, honey, molasses malty aromatics
- molasses malty & ginger bread spice taste
- Fairly clean aftertaste, trails of the molasses/ginger bread malt lingering
- Different for sure, if you like ginger bread molasses cookies, you'll like this.
- Possible seasonal will buy again, 6.5/10

Hales Ales Supergoose IPA


Hales Ales Supergoose IPA
- Light Spicey, Dry Hoppy Flowery aromatics
- Light~Medium feel, Fresh Spicey-ish Flowery Hoppy bitter taste, hint of maltyness
- Similar aftertaste, cleans up after a few seconds, but a light lingering maltyness
- Pretty good IPA, defiantly different, but similar to Stone IPA in the fresh/Flowery IPA
- Would get it again, recommend for a slightly different IPA lover, 8/10

Ayinger Brau-Weisse


Ayinger Brau-Weisse
- Light wheat grain & citrus aromatics
- Crisp, hefe-weizen grain & citrusy taste, clean after taste
- A great Hefe, will buy it again & recommend it! 8/10

Elysian Avatar Jasmine IPA (6.3% ABV)


Elysian Avatar Jasmine IPA (6.3% ABV)
- Hardly any aromatics at all
- Very light, light wheat grains, light hoppy taste
- Light wheat/hefeweizen type feel, also light aftertaste
- Not bad for what I was expecting, it's like a light hefe/IPA
- Would get it again, and recommend for a hefe liker who wants a hint of IPA hoppyness, 7.5/10

Belhaven Twisted Thistle IPA (6.1% ABV)


Belhaven Twisted Thistle IPA (6.1% ABV)
- Very very light hoppy aromatics
- Amber malty & semi-sweet flowery hops taste
- light-creamy-ish feel, clean after taste
- I'd call it IPA Ultra Lite, prolly good during a very hot day
- Possible I'd get it again, would recommend it for a ultra lite IPA noob

Baltika Porter (7.0% ABV)


Baltika Porter (7.0% ABV)
- Not much aromatics, very light malts
- Smooth, almost creamy, mild-medium dark malty flavors, very light smoky flavor
- Very easy to drink, no too thick, no too malty, no too strong alcoholy
- I like this alot, will buy it again & recommend it, 8/10
